Neck Pain with arm pain & numbness

I have been here in Cape Town with my husband for a total of 3 months and have had problems with my back/neck for some time. My left arm became more and more numb, I have enormous tension, headaches and other symptoms, which limited me extremely in my everyday life. I thank Dr. Ashburne from the bottom of my heart for his help. He took a professional anamnesis and with each subsequent appointment my symptoms became less severe. He has an incredible amount of knowledge, explained the anatomy and the cause of the pain, but also what I can do about it in my everyday life to be cured in the long term.
