Acute Spinal Pain

One morning I awoke, immobile and I unable to move my upper body – the pain was excruciating.

My immediate reaction was to go and see a doctor. The doctor led me to a physiotherapist and later ultrasounds and scans and suggested surgery not to mention the extremely strong medication to keep the pain bearable. This, you can well imagine ran into tens of thousands of Rands. Then I came across Dr Guy Ashburner, heaven-sent!

He restored the function and stability of my joints to assist my body to heal itself using his technique to improve my symptoms and posture without the use of pharmaceutical drugs and even gave me super easy exercises to do in the comfort of my own home.
