Tennis elbow – Pain in elbow
I overstrained my elbow when I played tennis at University for three months.
I went to a local osteopath in my village in Texas. The doctor diagnosed it as a tennis elbow and injected my elbow with glucose into this area which was very painful. I went for another session and it did not help at all.
I know Dr. Ashburner from my father who has lived in South Africa for over 25 years and is a patient of his, so I emailed him for advice. Dr. Ashburner immediately replied and recommended to stop having any injections in my elbow.
As I always visit my father over the holidays, I made an appointment with him to look at it. Dr. Ashburner provided immediate treatment. With his fingers he put pressure onto the muscle and worked from my right elbow towards my hand which generated more blood circulation. The next day, I already felt big improvement and one week later, I went to a last session before my departure back to the U.S.
Since then, I never had any more problems and could continue with my athletic activities. This hands-on therapy reduced my pain, and eventually relieved my pain forever without injections and without taking pain killers.
I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Ashburner’s office for any symptoms because he diagnoses the cause and provides effective treatment.
